Today I once again begin a process I have begun and quit probably a dozen times by now: I am going to attempt to read the entire Bible in one year. I think this is something that is very difficult for a lot of people because it's hard to keep motivated without constant support and encouragement from others. My current church, Metro Community Church is encouraging the entire congregation to do this together - and not only will we have the support of eachother, but the associate pastor is posting a daily blog as well to help us to understand the meaning behind the daily passages. So here's hoping I can pull it off this time.
I would like to do two things with this blog:
1) Share my daily reading in a brief summary
2) Share how the process is affecting my life in general.
Alright - so I'm already 10 days behind. I'm gonna try to catch up now...GO!
